Over the past 9 months it's been my wife's and my pleasure to work with Chris Winn as he helped us realize our dream of building a custom home for our family in Albemarle County. Chris Winn took the stress out of building a custom home; he makes the building process a pleasure from start to finish. We had never built a custom home before but Chris made it easy; decisions were staggered across the building process, Chris provided expertise when needed and often helped us with decisions. Furthermore, Chris anticipated things we did not know we needed; we were often surprised by features and quality touches he had added on his own volition. Chris was extremely organized; every week of the building process was scheduled and on time and on budget. The allowances for selections were very generous, as well.
